Aside from the policy below, you have freedom of pen- or should we say keyboard! Failure to adhere to these rules can and will result in deletion of posts and suspension of accounts. Because this is not “published” writing, we cannot vouch for the authenticity of anything written, however we will certainly try our best to provide accurate information. We have an internet security/appropriate conduct policy, as follows. The policy below also applies to submissions and staff applications.

• By leaving comments, sending emails, or applying for the staff, you must understand that your submitted writing is subject to change if it does not fit our policy.
• You must never, in ANY submission to us, write anything purposely harmful, unkind, or untrue about any real person. This includes teachers, students, parents, family members, friends, celebreties, Zatetic staff members and content of this blog. Please do not use crass or swear words in any submission to us (includes comments, emails, and applications)
• Please apply general rules of politeness–if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say it. However, we welcome constructive comments and suggestions. Please do not trash the site or mock the staff. People have worked very hard to create this site!
• For legal/safety purposes, please do not submit anything with a person’s picture (including your own), full name, or email (without their explicit permission). All personal information submitted for verification purposes will be kept completely confidential. We do not share email addresses or any other personal information.
• By clicking the “Submit” button on all submission forms, Zatetic may use the content of your submission with proper given credit to the writer (you).

Thank you for taking the time to read the policy. Please understand that we assume every visitor will adhere to the policy, regardless of whether he/she has read it.

A Word About the Message Board:

• Please adhere to the policy above: the rules are exactly the same with a few additions.
• Please do not discuss private matters on the message board. If you wouldn’t want other people to know, don’t post it. Or send a private message (PM).
  
• Please be aware that administrators can screen posts for bad words and cruel/untrue comments. Private messages/PMs are also screened by the computer for rude words and cruel/untrue comments. If the message has been deemed inappropriate by the computer, a notification will be sent to an administrator, who will then verify the fact. If you have sent a rude/untrue PM, your account will be suspended or deleted.
